Sale of absorbent and neutralizing products

Ministerial Decree no. 20 of 24/01/2011 defines that storage, recharging, maintenance, stockage and replacement systems for batteries must use absorbent and neutralizing substances to prevent land pollution and avoid damage to health and the environment resulting from electrolyte leakage.
Failure to observe this requirement results in penalties!
