1985

Vecar was founded as OM Pimespo's exclusive dealer for the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy.

In 1994, Vecar Due Spa was established to improve the network across the provinces of Udine, Gorizia and Trieste, and now represents a direct Branch.

1995

“Rent” was born for the Aerial Platforms market, with specific, specialized personnel.

CESAB dealer “Ferrini e Gumini snc” and STILL dealer “Lag Industriale srl”, both from Udine, were acquired.

1995/1996

1998

The structure and spare parts warehouse of “Lindest”, LINDE dealer for the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, was taken over.

Given the excellent performance achieved in Friuli, OM PIMESPO involved us in a new project and we crossed regional borders to operate as exclusive dealer in the provinces of Treviso and Belluno.

2003

2005

At the request of several customers who wanted to benefit from our know-how abroad, OMV Polska was founded in Poland, with headquarters in Pruszków on the outskirts of Warsaw and a Wrocław branch.

Borders were also expanded to include Romania, with the creation of dealer, Vecar OM Est srl, with headquarters in Satu Mare and branches in Timișoara and Bucharest.

Dealer Vecar Viljuskari was founded in Serbia, with headquarters in Belgrade.

Hungary: Vecar Hungary Kft. was established with headquarters in Nyíregyháza.

Vecar Ukraine LLC was founded in Ukraine, with headquarters in Kiev.

TREVI SPA, LINDE dealer for the Provinces of Treviso, Belluno, Venice and Padua, was taken over.

The company F.lli Moretto from Ceggia (VE) is acquired
