Notice on the processing of personal data

This company performs processing of data relative to persons contacting it for employment opportunities.
We inform you, therefore, that the data contained in the CV that you sent/filled in on your own initiative, are gathered and processed in paper form and/or on digital or electronic media solely for the purpose of assessing possible interest in future establishment of a contractual relationship, with content yet to be determined; the data will be held for a period of 2 years, unless otherwise indicated by the data subject.
The company IT and organisation system guarantees full compliance with security measures appropriate to protect your data.
The data gathered will be processed exclusively for recruitment of personnel on the basis of company requirements.
The following categories of recipients may access your data during processing, in the role of appointed data processors and/or data processors, identified in writing and provided with specific written instructions:
- employees of the human resources office;
- appointed Department Managers, IT System Administrators, and Top Management;
- IT services companies.
The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
With regard to all personal data processed, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR Regulation (right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction, opposition and portability of data) within the limits and under the conditions set out therein.
